Aim to arrive at the Royal Berkshire Hotel from 11:00. Please be seated for the ceremony by 12:15.

Some rooms may be available for check-in on arrival. If your room is not yet ready, there will be a changing room available and reception will look after your bags. 

The Lounge will be open ahead of the ceremony.

The ceremony will be happening in the splendid walled garden at the Royal Berkshire. 

Following the ceremony, there will be a drinks reception on the lawn outside the hotel. 

You will have been sent an email from rgroyalberkshire@gmail.com with a link to a Google Form to submit your menu choices.

A childrens menu is available on request for ages 11 and under.

DJ. Drinks. Dancing. Kick off our marriage with us as evening turns into night.
